First Home Owners Grant

The FHOG is a one-off, tax-free gift from the Federal Government, available to all eligible Australian citizens or permanent residents over 18 years of age. While it is a Federal initiative, the FHOG is administered by the state government so it is important to check your details for your own state.

As an eligible first home owner, you may also qualify for an additional payment known as the First Home Bonus and/or a Regional Bonus.
